I can’t sign in

Make sure you are using the email address registered with your training program. If you forgot your password, use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in screen to reset it. If you still can’t access your account, email us at support@sbrdyam.com.

How do I log a procedure?

Sign in, open Log Procedure, choose the procedure type, enter the count and date, and submit. Your entry is then sent to your supervisor for review.

Why is my procedure “pending”?

New records stay pending until a supervisor reviews them. Once approved, they count toward your productivity statistics. Approved records and historical baselines appear on the My Productivity page.

How do I enable two-factor authentication or passkeys?

Go to Settings → Security to set up two-factor authentication, recovery codes, or a passkey for faster and more secure sign-in.
